Naylan's History and Bio - Salon Delta...where your change is eminent!

Naylan Wyatt, founder of Salon Delta, has been a licensed
cosmetologist since 1996.
Worked as a self-employed cosmetologist from March 1996 to
August 1998 while working on a Bachelor's Degree.
Graduated in May 1998 with an emphasis in Management.
Relocated to Texas in 1998.
February 1998 through September 2000 she decided to further
business experience and worked as a customer service consultant in
the Human Resources Department for a National Staffing Firm.
Performed weekly payroll for over 100 employees.
Passion for hairstyling grew and decided to work as a commissioned
hairstylist for a small salon.
After building a strong clientele after only six months, she planned
and derived Salon Delta.
Began salon in 2000 as a DBA and incorporated in 20001.
Began accepting credit card transactions in 2001.
Began retail sales in 2002.
Due to the success at such a rapid pace, she began to employ
personnel to become versatile.
Naylan frequently attends hair shows and extravaganzas in order
to maintain current trends and continue to become innovative in an
industry that demands individuality.
Started Phoenix Business Consulting in Jan of 2005 in order to help
people pursue their dreams of starting their own business.
In July 2005, Naylan became a continuing education provider for
the Texas State Board of Cosmetology. As the business continues to
grow, there will continue to be areas of growth and opportunity for
those looking to enhance their careers and skill sets.
In Jan 2007, Naylan partnered with her husband Osie to form Salon
Delta Beauty and Barber, Inc. She still strives to educate other
stylists on how to run a successful salon, increase clientele and
maintain a professional salon atmosphere.
